Tier boundaries, weights and band cut-offs derive from the Risk categorisation sheet; product rules and tenor tier caps from the Product and Credit_Limit sheets, new-loan blocks only. Renewals are not covered. The Surfin score doubles as the model score that positions an applicant inside their band range.
Amounts run ₹1,000–₹2,00,000 by grade: Low ₹1.2L–₹2L up to 180 days, Medium ₹50K–₹1.2L up to 120 days, High below ₹40K at 61 days. Three hard caps sit on top: new-to-credit ₹20,000, KYC method (VKYC ₹2L / CKYC ₹80,000 / OKYC, DigiLocker or none ₹40,000), and a failed bureau check ₹40,000. All are editable in policy settings.
Departures from the source sheet: CKYC scores Medium rather than High; the tier scale is 0/1/2 rather than 1/2/3; proof of income is a scored parameter at 10%; and the risk grade drives amount and tenure, a link the decision engine does not itself define.
